Fly Geenius is an independent brand offering apparel, accessories, and made-to-order garments. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
2. Products & Orders
Product Descriptions:
We aim to be as accurate as possible in describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content is completely error-free or up-to-date.
Made-to-Order Items:
Select items on our site are made-to-order and have longer production timelines (typically 4–12 weeks). These lead times are noted on the product pages and do not include shipping time.
Order Acceptance:
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If your order is canceled, we will notify you and refund any payment received.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping time is separate from production time. Once your item is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Exchanges
All Vanson products are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error.
All other products are eligible for exchange only. We do not offer refunds.
To request an exchange or report an issue, contact us at info@flygeenius.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including images, logos, graphics, designs, text, and brand elements—is the property of Fly Geenius and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. This includes tampering with the Site, attempting to breach our security systems, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
