Fly Geenius is an independent brand offering apparel, accessories, and made-to-order garments. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, and content contributors.
2. Products & Orders
Product Descriptions
We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and imagery. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Vanson Leather Products
All Vanson collaborations are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error.
All Other Products
Eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not offered.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery to info@flygeenius.com. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Approved cancellations or returns may be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including logos, graphics, designs, text, and imagery—is the exclusive property of Fly Geenius and may not be reproduced without written consent.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or violate intellectual property rights.
